August 2016 – Morphe Me Subscription Brushes

Morphe Brushes

I have been getting the Morphe monthly subscription box for about 3 months now and I thought it would be nice to share this months box. For the month of August 4 brushes were included – tailored on the smaller side. The theme Morphe and Liveglam came up with was “Wanderlust” which has a stronger focus on travelling and exploring.

Included are the following brushes (pictured below L – R):

M437 – Pro Blender retails $5.99

M530 – Contour Blender retails $9.99

M431 – Pencil Brush retails $4.99

M403 – Chisel Brush retails $9.99

Total Value $30.96

Morphe Brushes

First, let’s shout out Morphe for their packing of the brushes. The brushes were sent in plastic and each one had a brush guard to help protect and maintain their shape.

The quality of the brushes so far has not been an issue for me. I have had some shedding with a couple of brushes from previous boxes but nothing crazy like one or two hairs. I can’t attest to them holding up for heavier use like a makeup artist would use their brushes.

I do think they are fine for your own personal use. As my Morphe collection grows I am using more of their brushes on a daily basis.

So far I have only received one duplicate brush while subscribed to the monthly program which is $19.99 a month. You can sign up here if you are interested. (Note: this is my referral link which would give me points, definitely not mandatory.)

What are your thoughts on Morphe brushes?

  • I haven’t tried their brushes yet, but I want to try a few eye brushes. I did buy one of their eyeshadow palettes, and I really like it.

    • Yes, the palettes are great. Well I have only tried one the 35o and I still use that on a consistent basis.
